Pet Graded is a small independent site with free calculators for dog and cat owners and cited grades for popular pet foods, treats and dental chews.
The calculators use the formulas vets use, such as the resting energy requirement for feeding and the Merck Veterinary Manual's methylxanthine figures for chocolate. Each page shows its formula and links its sources. Everything runs in your browser, and nothing you type is sent to us.
These tools give estimates for healthy pets. They don't replace your veterinarian, especially if your pet is sick, pregnant, losing or gaining weight fast, or has eaten something toxic.
